What we collect

Your email address if you ask for letters or a plan. If you use a planner or quiz, the answers you give (your goal, activity level, diet pattern and any allergies) are used to build your plan and stored with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the link in every email. We do not ask for medical history and we do not want it.

Who processes it

Cloudflare (hosting and security), Brevo (email), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (drafting of article and plan text from our evidence and recipe files; your name is never sent), Freepik (stock imagery, no personal data), Google (Search Console and analytics, only after you accept the consent banner). Each processes data under a contract and, where outside the UK or EU, under standard contractual clauses.

How long

Email until you unsubscribe. Plan and quiz data for 12 months after your last use, then deleted. You can ask for deletion earlier at any time.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection. Email the address above. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local data protection authority.

Cookies and tracking

One strictly necessary preference cookie. Analytics only after you click Agree on the banner. No advertising pixels on quiz, plan or checkout pages, ever.
